TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ORAS NG HIMALA (ONH)

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Oras ng Himala (ONH), a faith-based mobile application and media ministry based in the Philippines. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ONH app, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, or using the ONH app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. DEFINITIONS

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Privacy Policy, or applicable laws.

5. USE OF THE APP

You agree to use the ONH app solely for lawful, non-commercial, and faith-based purposes. You may not:

Upload malicious software or spam

Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violate the intellectual property rights of ONH or others

6. CONTENT OWNERSHIP AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership

All content in the ONH app—including sermons, worship music, videos, images, and logos—is the exclusive property of Oras ng Himala and its licensors, protected under Philippine copyright laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content (e.g., prayer requests, comments, testimonials), you grant ONH a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content for ministry purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy.

6.3 Restrictions

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content without written permission from ONH.

7. DONATIONS AND GIVING

All donations made through the ONH app are voluntary and non-refundable.

Payment transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways.

ONH does not store your credit or debit card information.

Official receipts may be provided in accordance with ministry procedures and Philippine law.

8. DISCLAIMERS

8.1 Faith-Based Nature

ONH provides spiritual and inspirational content based on biblical teachings. It is not intended to replace professional counseling, medical advice, or therapy.

8.2 Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, ONH does not guarantee that the app will always be available, secure, or error-free.

8.3 Third-Party Links and Services

The ONH app may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party integrations (e.g., Firebase, Google, Apple). ONH is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external services.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONH and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

Service interruptions or technical issues

This limitation applies even if ONH was advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ONH, its officers, staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the app, your violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. PRIVACY POLICY
